Graeme Soper
Graeme is a Mortgage Adviser with over 34 years financial industry experience including 18 years as a Bank Manager. Graeme holds the Level 5 New Zealand Certificate in Financial Services (Residential Property Lending).
Graeme has his own business Soper Financial Services Limited and was franchised to Maria Thackwell Mortgage Company from January 2019 until April 2022. In May 2022 Graeme became the owner of Maria Thackwell Mortgage Company when Maria stepped down as a Mortgage Adviser.
Graeme prides himself on providing exceptional customer service and detailed lending related financial advice across most types of lending needs with a passion for helping first homebuyers in particular.

Lisa Marshall
With a passion for ensuring all Kiwis have the opportunity of home ownership and combining the love of helping people, homes and crunching numbers. As a Mortgage Advisor Lisa can help clients navigate their home buying journey with greater success.
With over 20 years industry knowledge and experience, Lisa will help simplify the home buying process and prepare you into an optimal position for today's lending climate to achieve the best possible outcome.
Lisa holds the relevant qualifications, Level 5 New Zealand Certificate in Financial Services (Residential Lending) which allows her to give advice on all types of residential lending.
Being flexible with appointments wherever you are based, allows us to fit in with you.
